Dr Shimer is a great provider of Women's care. I have worked with her as a nurse, in a professional capacity and I chose her to provide my women's care. She is very compassionate and encouraging. Her office staff is easy to work with and always very pleasant.

A good doctor very professional and a good communicator

I have been seeing Dr. Shimer for ten years and she’s seen me through it all! 20 months ago she delivered my identical twin boys and made sure I had the best experience possible. I had a high risk pregnancy so was in Dr. Shimer’s office every couple of weeks and the entire staff became like family. I almost wanted to have another baby just so I could come back in and see them more frequently again! She also has great advice and referrals for other Drs of various specialties. Basically she’s just the best!

My first visit with Dr. Shimer was great. I left my previous OBGYN because it was always a long wait even with an appointment and it felt very transactional, in and out. Dr. Shimer spent time getting to know me personally, my medical history and my concerns. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush to get out and be on her way. I enjoyed our interaction and have already recommended her to my close friends.

Her staff is equally amazing all the girls are super friendly and helpful, and every step of care from scheduling to the appointment is great, I can’t see myself going to any other ob-gyn.

Dr. Shimer and her staff are incredible! I went through a year of challenging health issues and I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Shimer. Started visiting Dr. Shimer in June and have been getting so much clarity and support for my situation. Recently had my myomectomy surgery done with her and I truly feel like I got my life back.
